WEBI have had plenty of practice making black powder. The required tools and ingredients are cheap and easy to find. I can make it for just 1 and 20 minutes of work for a pound. I use a Harbor Freight ball mill with large caliber lead balls to grind the KNo3, S, C, and dextrin binder together for 24 hours (probably could shorten it).
